Hello Ladies,

BB1971, welcome back after your hols..6lbs on isn't bad at all. and i am sure you will reach your goal by christmas...

Sexyt,
Don't be hard on yourself.. SS isn't easy.. but you can do this.. just a thought though sweetie.. 28lbs is quite a big amount to aim for in a month... i mean a stone is about average if you stick to it religiously....i don't want you to feel like you have let yourself down if you don't reach that target...I have been doing cd790 and i'm finding it not too bad.. plus it allows me milk in my tea and coffee...You can do this hun.. Smiler

Hope everyone is ok.. TOTM at the moment so haven't even gone near the scales... didn't even weigh myself when i started but have a fair idea of where i was .. i might have a peek tomorrow... Eeker
Hope you all have a good weekend... i am not working this weekend.. which is great.. have worked the last 3 weekends Roll Eyes... so looking forward to spendiing some time with DH and DD.. shame i can't have a few wines....oh well.. can't have everything
Claire

Hi all, i hope we are doing well????

I'm sorry BB1971 I didn't realise my name was so simular i would have picked something else!!

One little thing to pick at I'm doing LL not CD...but its all pretty much the same isn't it!

Whats everyones plan's for the weekend??
My partner is working (hes a dj) got any early set up gid today, and another one tomorrow, so basically it will be me and the kids.
I've managed a 3mile walk, 20min bike ride and am going out with the kids in a minute to pick some blackberrys.
I've had a morning shake and a soup for lunch and treated myslef to sparlking water with st clements flavoring to make a lemonade...its so lush LOL.

WE can do it girls, we are amazing! x

Hey BB74,
You are sounding very positive....and energetic Big Grin.. i have the energy of a flea.. due to TOTM.. and what i really want to do is have a few wines and a takeaway and slob in front of the telly....Don't worry though.. DH is watching the footie (yawn Roll Eyes) i haven't got any wine in the house so i am drinking fizzy water from a wine glass..(sad Roll Eyes) and i haven't got any money (poor Roll Eyes) so a take-away is out of the question.... on the plus side i will hopefully have lost some weight this week to take off my sepember pledge Big Grin...
Have a good night.. i am going to see if i can steal the remote control from DH so i can watch the telly.. hehehe Wink

Thanks claire for the words of encouragement, i just want to get all my excess weight all off b4 christmas then start on yhe maintenance plan in the new year. I have 5-6 stone to lose, so if i can be losing a minimum of 6-7pounds a week i can surely hit my target. I really want to try the 810 plan but i'm scared that if i put anything in my mouth that relates to food there is a high chance that i will get carried away and start indulging in other things.

i've started the cd 2day after many days of failing miserably , and hopefully this time i can do it prpoerly. This morning i decided to have a chocolate shake mixed with hot water which made a filling hot chocolate drink, and suprisingly enough it really filled me up.

Help me i need some advice.

i'm doing good thanks, weigh in is tonight, not that i think i've done fab, but i'm feeling fantasitic....i've not touched any food and i've really got a taste for exersise in the last couple of weeks, and so if i even start to feel hungry i either do a step class on the wii or go for a bike ride. I have false hips and knees (i'm only 34 tho) as i suffer from a bone disease so for me to be able to do these things is flippin amazing! And i don't care i have only lost half a pound because i wouldn't change feeling so good for anything!

Good luck girls we can do this!
