Hi WT, so day one tomorrow i am considering to start it, as well, have been thinking about it all day, couldnt do ss today but i want tomorrow but need a lot of strenght this time, i feel i just ned to go ack on it again and got rid of all food in my flat bined all the chocolates!!! good luck tomorrow
Day 1 - Has chocolate shake as a muffin for breakfast, was OK a bit bitter though after the Cambridge packs but I suppose I will get used to it. At least on W8 Matters I am allowed half a pint of skimmed milk so can have a cup of tea!
Ladies thanks for your kind replies and warm welcome, I will try to answer each of you in turn.
Karen - horrible having to face the scales again isn't it, I am sure it won't be as bad as you think and hope you are pleasantly surprised
Livin - thanks for the encouragement, wow 10lbs loss in week 1 excellent, you go girl!!
Julie (beefybird), good to hear from you and good luck on the Cambridge, please feel free to text me any time.
Juliejones - W8 Matters is a new weight loss programme, you still have 4 packs a day but there is a class as well for the price of £49. What I wanted was the class support which I didn't get with Cambridge although at the moment I prefer the taste of Cambridge but I suppose I will get used to it. There is a new class which has started in Bedford and I was the first attendee, so hopefully it will grow, I don't want to be the only one! You have the packs for 3 weeks and then AAM week, and we are set a 'homework' task each week.
Maja, good luck with whatever you decide, you have done so well and are so strong, what a motivation to us all!!
Take care everyone and good luck with whatever path you have decided to tread, together we can do this!!

Day 2 - Well chaps have reverted back to the Cambridge Diet, the taste of the W8 Matters packs was disgusting (both soup and shake) I did manage one as a muffin but it was wonderful to have Cambridge Chocolate mousse again, am afraid even the smell of the other packs made me retch So am back on my supply of Cambridge packs and will use this forum as my support group. At least I survived Day 1 and I did get restarted on SSing so that's good. So here's to day two.

Well some of us complain about the taste of some of the CD packs, but sounds like its not that bad compared to others afterall. Well done on getting through the first day, we are your support system so use us.

Hi WT, does that mean you wasted nearly £50 on packs. Anyway, you have to do what suits you and what is gonna help you lose the weight. Look forward to hearing your first week's loss.

Believe me Karen, the taste of the Cambridge packs is heaven compared to the packs I have tried, I will never moan about them again
Livin, yes I did waste my money, but I was so excited about attending a class of like minded people I had to try. I will just put it down to experience and am back to my Cambridge counsellor for further supplies on Sunday, I have enough to last until then. We live and learn and I guess I have learnt the hard way.
Day 3 - Everything going well scales down 8lbs in 3 days don't know what is happening there but I won't knock it. Feeling really motivated at the moment just hope it lasts, take care everyone.
