Lisa

((((((((((hugs))))))))))

how limited is the food in your kick start? Are you allowed unlimited fruit / veg still? Why don't you chop up some carrots and things and keep a bowl of them to hand for when you get peckish... might not be what you fancy but I am sure it will keep the hunger at bay for you hun Smiler
try not to worry about the party, yes you may be bigger than you were then - but you are doing something about it aren't you! Big Grin Think positive hun and you will be fine

Hard as it may seem it's the moments like this that you need to hold on to, in order to remember never to come back to this place again! Remember how you feel now and burn it in your memory...then every time the going gets tough draw on it and use it as fuel to keep you going.

We all have these moments, but we can't live our life in a constant state of regret as it won't get us anywhere. The only way is forward, you're doing the right thing taking control of your weight and focus on the goal ahead not the one past!

Tough love over, keep swimming honey, it's a hard road well travelled, you're not going it alone and the reward at the end is worth the effort as well you know!!

Vikki.

Hi Lisa - i don't know anything about RC diet, so I can only suggest that you drink loads of water and then try and find some time to pamper yourself - paint your nails have a bath with a good book and some music. Just stick with it and it will get better - you'll be really proud of yourself when you've made it through the day.

Hi Lisa, I hope you're feeling a bit better- remember that you are not alone in this- most of us have been there I for sure have. I met up with friends at a wedding recently who saw me last when I had lost over 5 stone and since put most of it back on again and to give them credit noone said anything even if they were thinking it!. I almost didnt go because I knew they'd be there but I forced myself and had a good time- I kept telling myself that the next time they'd see me I'd be my new self again! Keep at it girl!!
