Hello everyone!
My name is Jacquie and I am 46 years old and weigh 18 stones 12lbs-yikes! I have contacted a local counsellor and she has rung me back today to arrange a meeting with her on Sunday. I am excited, frightened and all of a 'dither' as to what to expect. I have been reading all your messages for the past 3 days-since I saw an article in a magazine. I don't know how I will manage without 'proper' food but, I feel this is the right time to do it and , more importantly, want to do it. I am constantly amazed at how well everyone is doing and, particularly, love to read the messages where you are all saying that you do not feel very hungry-hoorah!I like the sound of that! Well, that's enough from me for now-can't wait to get started and am looking forward to the day that I do!
Bring it on!

Ta ta for now
Jax

Good luck, i am starting again after i fell of the wagon, this diet really works it is fantastic and i cannot believe how much you can loose in such a short time, when i first started in July i was 19 stone (ouch) by November i was 5 stone lighter, i had my 50th birthday and slowly started eating and not going to mangement which now i regret and i have put on 1 stone 6lbs so i joined again last night and i am now back on and i am focussed to loose this and then go into management.

good luck love to hear from anybody as i need support right now.#
