Weight loss is simple, there are 3 elements to abide with and you're winning:
1) Eating: Don't binge eat! Eat small portions and only when you're hungry (avoid crap such as crips and chocs but eat anything else you like)
2) Exercise: go around your block TWICE a day (most blocks are 1/2 mile long - in the UK), walk round quickly twice a day. Borrow somebody's dog to drag you along quicker!
3) Drinking: Try as much as you can to drink water - drinking very cold water gets your body working and lose weight. You don't have to drink 2 litres a day, just drink what you need. If you must have a coffee, drink a glass of water afterwards. Remember: that 2 litres nonsense you hear about includes your tea and coffee intake in one day. Ideally, subtitute these to water or you'll rush to the loo every 5 minutes. Also, don't forget that alcohol is made of SUGAR, so avoid it or drink with moderation.
I am fully agrees with you. Water i very good for health, it helps to reduce wight. But 2 liters per day is not a non-sense. I we should drink 3 liters per day. It is fair amount of water including tea,juices,coffee and others drinks.
