[Hi everyone,
well I went last night for my first 'weigh in' expecting to lose around 7 maybe 8 LBS but Nooooooooo!! 10 and 3/4 LBS Wooooow I am over the moon!!!! In fact I feel that was so easy (except for the water) I genuinely never felt hungry at all. I know I will succeed with this programme and my size 12's are just 'waiting in the wings'.
Welsh Jackie - keep going!! try and let other people's negative thoughts go 'straight over your head' !!
So Maria, RLuvvie and Welsh Jackie and everybody else thanks for your support
Luv
Dee (Getting smaller by the day!!!)

Hi Dee

That's fantastic!!! I'm really pleased for you. I've got my 'pop in' tonight but I REALLY struggled over Easter. I would have killed for some food. I've been better today as everyone's back in work now. Still struggling with the water and my stomach constantly sounds awful and I've got terrible wind!! Sorry to be so graphic but I wonder if anyone else is suffering from this.

Well Done again Dee (any everyone else whose lost weight).

Maria xx

Hi Maria,
I'm so glad you bought up the subject of wind.. my stomach is constantly grumbling very very loudly (worse at nite) and the wind is awful, wondered if anyone had any miraculous cures!! (its getting embarrasing,

Hello ladies, on the subject of the windypops abd gurgly tummys it never goes away (i'm currently in week 10 and my stomach makes so much noise). According to my counsellor this a good sign and means you body is burning fat and drinking 5.5 to 6 litres a day as i do tends to tone it down abit. Sorry i couldn't offer the miracle cure but i just accepted it as an unfortunate by product.

Sorry tata x

Good Morning Lighter Lifers up and down the country!!!
Just a thought when I woke this morning - isn't it fantastic to be able to able to share feelings, joys and sorrows with people you have never even met!!!! Dieting certainly has it's highs and lows but I feel genuinely elated to be able to share my thoughts with you all!! I know, I'm just a sentimental fool!!
Have a great day and keep glugging down all that water

Hi, Have just started reading up on Lighter Life's diet. Wanted some feed back on 'does it really work'. Recently had baby and left with three stone to loose and feel desperately depressed. Have tried low-carb/Atkins but made me feel really ill and seemed so unnatural and unhealthy.

Anyone can give me their opinion would love to hear!?!

Sam,

In regard to your pregnant query - I was told that if you were pregnant or having surgery - you have to come off the program.. This info comes from a woman I know who lost 7st + on the program so I would imagine it's true.. although you might want to ask your counsellor.. Good luck..
