I've not posted now for absolutely ages, not because I have made fantastic weight losses and no longer feel the need for support !!!!!!! Oh no, nothing like that . In fact I'm your classic yo-yo dieter who has had lots of succes with LL and Cambs in the past but I always struggle to maintain the loss and as a result regain all the weight and much much more .
Anyway, in yet another attempt at getting some sort of decent 'shape' back on my bones I've been considering starting the W8 programme. There isn't a councellor near me so it would have to be by mail. Does anyone know anything about it and has anyone lost lots of weight ?
I'd be interested to hear. Also is there anyone out there ready to embark on W8 or Cambridge in the near future - could do with some support for yet another re-start. Cheers to all Love Jules

Hi Jay, like you I have had success on LL and Cambridge, but didn't last one day on W8, thought the flavours were disgusting and even the smell when I mixed them made me feel sick. Have today started searing for a hew CD counsellor in my area in an attempt to restart Cambridge again, in my opinion flavours are much nicer and I think it was the porridge that swung it for me.
Good luck with whichever you decide.
