Hello everyone - I have been lurking and seeing you are all doing ok.
I HAVE FINISHED MY ASSIGNMENTS YIPPPPPEEEEEEEEE halle bloody loo yah!

Stress does not even come close to how much hell it has been I neveer want to do any more studying - lets hope I dont have to resit anything!

Diet is as crap as ever - I went to my CD counsellor 2 wks ago adn got 2 wks supply but havent managed to ss yet - somet always comes up!

I have bin having a shake for breakfast - I quite like that as a brekfast - yummy hot choc or choc orange as im putting my make up on xx

My aim is now to SS from tomorrow as my friend is doign 790 or 810 as it now is and Im so proud of her she has lost about 11lbs in a wk! we are also dieting buddies and she knows that we have a competition going and she always says my incentive is that i have to be lighter than her and the rate shes going that wont be very long away!

Am going to see the consultant next weds about my stupid rash which I have to say has calmed down alot and I definitely think that stress has made it worse - so now I have finished my assignments hopefully I wont react to the shakes and can get rid of all my blubber!

need lots of kicks up the bum to keep on track again to get slim for my stepmums 50th!

Keep up the good work everyone!
LOL

Well done on sticking to ss and day one under your belt, sending you positive vibes for day 2.

Ear Infections are horrible in the little ones arent they, Molly had one a couple of weeks ago and spent a few days in tears until the antibiotics kicked in. Unfortunately thats her second one this year and she gets them alot, looks like she may have glue ear but needs retesting yet again in a couple of months. Hope your little one is feeling better today.

Amelia is alot better now the antibiotics are klicking in luckily. She was also off school but is now raring to go back for the last day of term.
Day 2 is done and dusted just trying to get some competencies done for my course - oh joy!

Glad Molly is better OM. You are right ear infections are nasty - hope she doesnt suffer too much with glue ear.

will be back tomorrow woth the next instalment - Im off out for a meal tmorrow nite tho see it always happens when I get in the right place!

luckily I knew it was coming up so have ordered part of the set menu and part not so its mushrooms and cheese to start and then chicken and plain veg (oh arent I good!)

actually tbh Im going to see the consultant on Weds and I want to be relatively additive free so this was best option and happensd to coincide with SS.

But I forgot to take my tablets this morning and by tea time some spots were rearing their ugly itchy head but have taken them now so itching and spots have gone - BUT I'm dreading sun - weds cos I have to be off my antihistamines for 3 days before my appt so Im going to be bloody covered. God I hope I dont bneed steriods again! BUT

POSITIVE THINKING if I can get all blotchy or giraffe like as my friend said the other day then as soon as I have my appt I can get my anti histamines down me by the bucket load and fingers xed can stay ssing and get the weight off!

Sorry for the ramble! Roll on day 3!

Hope everyone ok - WHERE IS EVERYONE???????
LOL
