Hi Mitch 40, I don't think any of us were happy bunny's doing our befor photo's! I was just looking over mine and I was shocked how my stomach stuck so much out in front, talk about denial!!! You look from the front like you have an hour glass figure, originally! Great eyes!!! My husband said to me the other day, God your eyes look bigger, they were squeesed in your face before! (that was a compliment by the way! he does try, bless him!) Mini I am thinking and wondering is the reason everyone is looking so well down the line in the photos because of all the propper nutrients we need are in the packs? Anytime I did WW I looked like death warmed up.

Thanks Mini - I've just had some more taken 1 month on and 26lb lighter - haven't a clue how to put them on so will ask hubby later - but looking at them I can see my skin is much, much clearer and my eyes are more sparkly[ ] I think it's the fact that the packs are nutritionally what we need and all the water is helping too - if there's no c**p going in then we shouldn't be looking c**p! Will get the others on later on tonight if I can. BTW - I saw your pics on your thread - you are looking great! lol Mich x

Hi Mich40, Just had a look and is it not amazing already the difference, your face is much younger around the mouth, (great eyes!) and on the side one which I have a good record you are well down! That's wonderful. I am also doing a record in my big knickers, hopefully by the end I will be in 'wee knickers'. Did put one of them up, but got cold feet, but at the end I might put them up for a short time for the girls here in the forum. I was looking at some photos taken about two years ago and honestly I think they look more like my mother at 70! I found to my amazement that I actually lost more inches in the last three weeks, for the same about had taken six weeks. Am I explaining that right? When I had about two stone off I was in one of them moods and I said to husband I did not feel like I was getting anywhere and he got out the before photos right away and even I was shocked. So it is vitally important to keep a record as the head likes to play tricks. Thanks for sharing those photos. What height are you by the way? Mini

Hi Mini! Thanks for your lovely comments I am already feeling the benefit of shifting almost 2 stone - I can move around alot quicker, my legs and knees are much less achy and I know some people on these VLCD say they feel tired I don't and feel really awake and energised - I am sleeping much better though do have to get up for the loo still[:I] This is definately the best thing I have ever done and will not give up till I get to target! I'm 5'7" by the way. Don't know if I'd be brave enough to show pics of me in my knickers - they are huge comfy tummy warmers - but maybe I will wear a thong one day[} ] Take care Mich xx

Hi Mich40, You looked tall to me in the photos, that's why I was asking. I am 5ft. 4inches and always wanted to be tall, sob, sob.[ ] Some days I feel like I could climb a mountain and others days not as much and I do think at this stage it is realated to the water content. Like you, sleeping at night improved within the first few days, nearly take it for granted now. Sometimes I might have to get up twice if I have drank a load of water before bed, I sleep walk to the toilet and back. I feel so much healthier over all and I can do so many things now with ease. The other day I ran up the stairs without even noticing I was doing it and it was only at the top I realized what I had done. In and out of the bath is much easier, cutting my toe nails, tipping my toes, not out of breath, not red in the face, my knee was beginning to give me pain and it is okay again. My God why would I ever go back to being so crippled by my own weight. Its scary. Mini
