Hi I'm Mandy I'm 41.. 42 in Jan!!! I have 3 kids aged 25, 24 and 15... and 2 grandkids. My partner and I run an entertainments bussiness and I do all sorts of other bits and pieces to keep the income flowing!!!!!!!!!!!!!
At my heaviest in September I weighed over 20 stone... I started using the Paul McKenna books and CD's and have managed to lose a stone. My daughter told me about LL after reading about it in a magazine.. I phoned straight away and now here I am!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I started my LL journey on October 26th....
Had my first LL wiegh in today!!
LL Start wieght 19 stone, hieght 5'9".
Loss after 3.5 days on ll = 9lbs

]Well done mandy, i too am on LL and today is a pop in day so i might be tempted to get weighed to see if 've lost anything since last thursday,this is my second week and it seems to be getting a wee bit easier although there are times when i would kill for a hot cooked meal[}

Hi Mandy,
We are both on day 4 and got weighed yesterday..
Day 3 LL = 7.5lbs loss
(start weight 18 stone 3lbs)
