lol. No i haven't...honest!
i didnt get time to log on last night as i didnt get back in notts til 6 and I was knakered so just got alicia and myself ready for bed...then took three hours to get her to sleep! Roll Eyes so much for an early night Frowner
anyway pinky swear to catch up with you all later.

Lunch
ham salad sandwich
alpen raspberry and yoghurt bar


Tea
tuna and mayo baguette
M & S COU choc mouse

cant remember how much water i had just know i was glugging Big Grin

got to go now and get alicia ready for nursery but waving hi to everyone and lots of energy and positive thoughts coming your way Big Grin Cool

LOL Ails, minty and heather from eastenders and well done for heather to standing up to her mum..what a cow?

anyway im refreshed and migraine free this morning, alicia didnt wake up once last night....yay!!!

anyway yesterday i had jacket potatoe with beans and a bottle of water, then for tea I had 1 vwggy bake with 3 new potatoes n mixed veg Big Grin
oh yeh and had apple, banana and grapes for my snacks but TBH i was naughty once I had 1 frency fancy Frowner
