Day 2 Had a little peek this morning (just for inspiration) and im 2lb down, so thats good engough for me ..... caught myself standing just stairing into the fridge before i realised exactly what i was doin haha, gave myself a good telling off and walked away, could of been so easy to just grab something and eat it really quickly and pretend i hadnt had it (like i used to lol). Im aiming for a size 14 for my holls, im 5ft 7in so i think i will get away with a 14, although in the long term i want to be a 10/12, but as an 18 at the moment i think 14 is achieveable in 4 months...... Still no support at home gggrrrrr!!!!! So i hope you guys will be here for me.... xx

Hi Only.Me! Sloooow day at work today so catching up with everyone's threads (and keeping my mind off The Big F! : .... foooood. Is it me or is EVERYONE around me talking about it today??!!!??) How much have you got to lose (if you don't mind me asking) ... I've got 5stone (height 5ft 8" and weight hovering around 16st) and although both my sisters and parents try to be supportive I'm really just motivating (and often sabotaging) myself (ex-hubby is a waste of space - always competing. Even when I was pregnant with my son 9 years ago- and we were still hitched- he tried to claim his own version of Braxton Hicks! Twit ) Re-starting is a nightmare, but I'm hanging in there ... just ... and it's great to connect with others in the same boat. What diet plan are you following? I'm SSing on CD and really aim to reach target by summer (I will flaunt my arms in summer tops for a change, d@mn it! ) Last summer we went to Alcudia with First Choice and loved it - have you been there before? Sea food is exceptional and the beach was clean, water warm and sun HOT. Perfick! How's your day going? What day are you on re-startwise? Hang on. Just realised I'm full of questions today! Lol! Sorry! I just love to find another diet buddy on here! Let me know how you're getting on and I'll do my best to keep you going when and if you need encouragment! Take Care, huni Bev x

Hey everyone Im a tiny bit tipsey........sorry!!!!! Only had 2 small glasses of wine whilst i was cooking 3 different curries (not for me) for mother in law, its how i pay her for looking after the kids lol......but i like a drink when im in the kitchen it helps me cook better.....hehe... Any way appart form that im doing fine, still plodding on and dont even feel like eating most of the time... Holls - you did so brill on your diet, i hope i can follow in your footsteps, but i have a small meal some days when things get tough, nothing major and no carbs, so i guess its like a 790 plan some days. Bev- Hi (waves) I have about 5 stone to loose im currently about 16st and i am 5.7, so we are of similar size. Sounds like alcudia is really nice (never been before) cant wait either, got to shift half of my goal weight of my holls.... right off to bed....need my beauty sleep im starting to look like a old hag!!!! (im 32) dont laugh!!!! I DO look old(er) bye bye xx

Hi Only.Me ... doing well today and really determined for some reason I was good at the weekend and lost piddle, (literally weeed for England and lost bupkiss on the scales ) so I know what you mean about feeling a bit let down by the weight loss ... but this is a new week, so c'mon girl! We can do this I just stuck to my guns and refused to join everyone for lunch today and had my choccy shake instead Wel impressed with myself! Lets see how much we can lose for friday .... even a pound off is a pound we're not carrying into the rest of the year. So good for you & well done on your four pound loss! 4 lbs is fantastic! Don't lose sight of that, hun! Bev x

Hi Bev Im still plodding on, cant do ss at the moment for some reason, it seems the more i try the worse i am.......im sure it will come together in the end, but as long as i can shift 3lb a week on average i will be close to target by my holls. I have a very busy week, organising my sons 5th bithday party for sunday (36 kids coming ), and next week i return to work after 10 months off on mat leave - so i think there is too much goin on to give the diet the 100% it needs this week, iam still dieting but not ss this week...... You are doing really well on your diet, how long have you been doin it for? Do you SS all the time? Right must dash, loads to do today, Holleigh is in nursery for the full day so im trying to cram 1001 things into today haha... Jue xx

Hello everyone - its me AGAIN..... I feel so ashamed to say im here again, but thats how it is Back on track - will be posting constantly from now on. I have 13 weeks to shift as much weight as i can....so here goes (for the 1000th time LOL) Did anyone see the news of world mag yesterday - the woman in there who lost almost 5st in 14 wks on LL, thats my inspiration now, im pinning her story to my cupboard door hehe. I will be doing a combination of CD and slimfast, but not in the same week!!!!Mainly CD, but when my pennies get a bit low i will do S/F for a wk or 2 just to keep on track....actually looking forward to it, i acn just see my self on the beach in May in my skimpy(ish) bikini, well tankini because of my stretch marks (thanks kids!!!!!). So when the goin gets tough i WILL need your help guys, please, please, please!!! Off to throttle Liam now, hes off school with tonsilitis, he cant eat anything, but he can still run around and drive me MAD!!!! Julie xx
