I found I got bloated when I forgot to drink all 4 litres it really will hurt for a while, my stomach bloated out too I just took a paracetomol and had a radox bath and tried to block it out, sorry I can't be any more help hope it ease off soon. xx

Taking 2 paras as I type. Will give anything a go. I can't see me having lost anything tomorrow night when I get weighed unless I get all of this **** (sorry to be so blunt) out of my system. That alone must weigh a stone!!!! I was hoping for 4lb this week as well then that will be 2 stone in 4 weeks. I'm still amazed at the rapid weight losses on this diet!!!! No complaining though,

The weight loss is great! I doubt I have lost anything tommorow as I have picked at food all week apart from today. My naughtiest week so far! I am not miserable though I was last night and came on here and feel so positve evryone is really nice and the recipie sheet Diva sent me is great so I think next wekk will be easier. Hope you feel betetr after the paracetomol works and the pain goes :-)
