Looby - if you have a supermarket near you then maybe you could pop out and buy teh Marigold savoury buillon? It has nearly the exact same ingredients as LL's savoury drink and doesn't knock you out of ketosis. Loads of people on this site use it and swear by it. I forgot my foodpack last week and had to do this. It was a lifesaver. I made sure to drink loads of water, I also had coffee and the savoury drink during the day to keep me going and I was fine. Bloody starving by the time I got home though and heartily tucked into my chicken 'stuffing'!!

Yes, Sainsburys does sell it. It's with the stock cubes and in a green tub with orange top on it. You can have 2 mugs a day (one tsp per mug). And don't worry about earlier - water under teh bridge. I figured you were having an off day - and forgetting your foodpacks won't help!! *hugs*

Fan bloody tastic and I bet it only costs pence as opposed to LL �6. The water flavors contain 50% inulin. So the amount of inulin in each tub costs wait for it .............. 16p. How can they jsutify �9 a tub. THey've got you over a barrel haven't they???

Help me quick. Like the pillock I am I've not managed to drink my 4 litres of water each day this week and now as a result I am sooooooooooooooo constipated. I'm in agony. Had 2 senna last night and had another 2 about an hour ago. My stomach aches, is huge and bloated. Giving birth is easier than this. I'm so tempted to go and open a tin of prunes. Flaming LL, I'm in pain!!!!!!!
