Hi, I'm on day 6 of LL. I'm going swimming in a few minutes but I feel completely wiped out like I have no energy. I'm sure the swimming will be good for me but I'm not sure how much I'll be able to do feeling so tired... We have bananas here at work - do you think one small one would knock me out of ketosis or would I swim the cals off and then with the energy boost swim another pound or so off too?
Gotta leave in 5 mins. Help! Anja

Just to let everyone know. I DID NOT have the banana. I DID go swimming (I only got the first reply before I went!) Still managed my usual 40 lengths (Except I haven't been for my weekly swim since November 'cos I get SAD & lazy in Winter and I took 45 mins rather than the usual 40!) Still it's still 1 km so I shouldn't complain. Am now completely dog-tired, am gonna wash hair properly & go to bed v. early. Got 1st week weigh in tomorrow so hopefully it has helped. Had lost 7 lbs in 3 days so am hoping for between 10 & 14 tomorrow for my first week. Had 5 1/2 stone to lose total so a stone off straight away would be amazing!
