Hey Ails how you doing mate, whats this smartlipo? i am probably just being thick again as usual, but i put it down to lack of sleep at the moment. Did another 6 hour shift behind the bar last night after another day of cleaning, but hey ho its worth it. No cleaning for me today tho and hopefully no bar work either, altho one member of staff off sick, so that could change later. What a lovely sunny day today, thank god, i get so sick of the rain and obviously the sun comes out and so do the customers.

Cant wait to see you next week.

Now listen here young lady, no more of this depressed stuff, you have a right to be depressed if your putting weight on and YOUR NOT, the scales are moving ever downwards and they will never, ever move as quickly as you want them to, you already know that. Now buck yourself up or the headmistress will be making a comeback.

Be serious now, if you stick 100% you know you can easily do 24 of those pesky pounds before your hols (hopefully a few more), stop giving yourself goals that are harder to reach, surely 2 stone down by then is better than another 2 on.......now i hope you feel suitably told off
