errrrmmmm, it's kind of not Feeling very tubby and cross with myself but can't seem to do more than half a day on CD right now, same old same old. Got a lovely peaceful weekend ahead, Rohan and Harry are awat at Scout camp, Matt's at my brothers until tomorrow. So it's just me and Alex, and the sun is shining Had my usual Saturday morning cleaning frenzy and now going to get dressed and walk into the village to trawl round the charity shops for some bigger sized tops Alex passed his GCSEs, got 3 As, 5 Bs and a C, so I'm chuffed and proud of him. Matt will be returning tomorrow with his step-cousin, so best get sorting out the bedding, not sure how long he's staying for. My assignment is 99% finished!! Huge relief, just have to pass it now and then I'll have a PG Cert in Autism to add to my credentials. Next weekend I'm off to stay on a friends canal boat for a girlie extravaganza; four forty-somethings (one newly separated), lots of pubs, lots of food and lots of Cava. Think the diet may have to wait another week... Have a lovely weekend guys, be good and enjoy the sunshine. JudeX

Sounds lovely Jude.. and congrats to Alex...brilliant results...don't worry about the diet... your head has to be in the right place before you can stick to SS.. and eventually it will fall into place... i am delaying the inevitable i am leaving for work in 2 minutes...but trying to put it off..too sunny outside to be stuck in a hossie.. still hopefully all the patients will feel the same and stay at home... Have a good one Claire xx

Thanks Claire, Hope you have a good day. Thought I'd do all my chores this morning so I could enjoy the sunshine this afternoon, but it's clouded over now Never mind. Might just curl up with a book, read 4 books on hols but you know what it's like once you get home. JudeX

You'll get there Jude - and you are ANYTHING BUT tubby, young lady. But by the same token I appreciate that it is how you feel about yourself that counts - being comfortable in your own skin and all that I know what you mean about books - I read half of the Cairo Diaries on the last morining by the pool and even though I was really into it I just can't get back into it xx url=http://www.TickerFactory.com/weight-loss/wfJNBTz/] [/url] untitled

Hi Karen, Been as busy as ever, how's you and pub life? I'm off for a girlie weekend on the canal boat today, in fact got to load up the car with all the alcohol and get on the road within 15 mins so best get moving! Rohan has just got in from an early mornig shopping trip; he's bought a new telly and a tub of Waitrose Baby Bottom Butter for my wrinkles! Who says romance is dead? Right, got my Magners at the ready, I'm off! Have a fab weekend everyone, supposed to be very warm today but no sign of the sun in Formby just yet. JudeX

I'm still here! Couldn't get near the laptop all week I can read threads on my PC at work but can't post. The weekend was fab! Weather was pleasant on the Saturday but rather soggy on the Sunday. Spent the daytime operating locks and pulling on ropes, I even took control of the steering at one point (with a bit of Magner drinking to give me courage). Then we moored near a lovely pub and had a scrummy meal before heading back on board for lots of girlie chatter. Back to reality once again, messy house, lazy boys, dead busy at work. It's been an unpleasant return to work, lots of trauma's for colleagues during the last week in August. Our boss lost her mum, as did our secretary, my line manager's husband died suddenly on holiday, literally on the balcony having breakfast together. Another friend has been diagnosed with breast cancer and went into hospital yesterday for surgery and radiotherapy, and there was death of an infant grandchild. Finding my usual cheery optimism slighty misplaced at the moment! So now that I've cheered you all up, how's things? I'm doing my usual morning cleaning frenzy then we're going into Liverpool to see La Machine; a gigantic mechanical spider. The we'll be using up some Clubcard vouchers at La Tosca. As you'll gather, diet not going well Have you tried the new CD porridge? It's to die for and I'm hoping it'll get me back on track over the winter months. Haven't tried the strawberry tetra yet though. Have a great weekend one and all, hope you don't rust in the rain JudeX

Hi, Yeah Diane, hoping to do conference, need to think about booking soonish I guess. Bev is going with her sponsorees but has no room for little old me so will have to drive on my own. Mad busy as always. Rohan is now on day 3 of the Inca Trail and I'm enjoying life as a single mum. His flight was diverted from Houston due to the hurricane, so he ended up being upgraded on a flight to New York, and Rex and Nicole from BB were on board! Matt didn't do well in his SATS, no surprises there but worrying nonetheless as he got mostly 5s and he got the same in year 6, so no progress in 3 years Huge well done to Ruby, what a star! Alex seems to be enjoying life in the 6th form and is even more laid back. Our office got told off by the boss today, we were reported for having too much fun! It was one of the Inclusion Consultants's birthdays and she made lunch for us, while we all had to wear silly hats. It did resemble a scene from One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest, talk about care in the community. Eating for England at the moment, total wardrobe malfunction and have had to start buying a few bigger sizes, something I vowed I'd never do. Yikes!! Supposed to be doing a 3km fun run on Sunday but haven't moved since the RFL so feeling very unfit. How is everyone doing? JudeX
