Oh Jude, these men and their man flu eh? If I had smilies then I'd use the eyes raised one! hehe! I'm so glad I don't have to deal with all the 'man things' like snorting /farting/snoring etc anymore.
Talking of a house full of illness, I've been up all night with Miss Mimi throwing up all over the place, poor baby just couldn't get settled
Luckily enough I had the pleasure of coming home from work at 7pm yesterday as we've not had enough customers in spending their hard earned dosh. So she way very happy that I was able to take her to bed and read a story - until about 1.30 when she came into my room complaining of pains. Hopefully it's just a 24hour thing and she'll be okay when I go to work this afternoon (fingers crossed as I type!)
Off up for my bath and beautification (it never works so I don't know why I bother! )
Bye for now,

Oh, some smilies work then? That hasn't happened for a while as I can only ever reply to threads with the yellow icon. Must look up all the smilie images now.........

Good morning everyone (especially Jude)(: Day 6 of SS and I am doing well - felt a little empty last night but had a hot drink and felt fine - drank over 3 litres of water - felt quite tired - looking forward to the ketosis buzz soon!!! Feel very positive - have lost over 7 pounds in 5 days which is great - feeling much more comfortable in my clothes - excited about fitting back into my 12's!!!! This diet is so easy when you persevere and get over the first few days! As a counsellor and having done the diet for 6 months 2 years ago I knew it was possible to lose this extra we ight but getting into the right mindset is so important.
Hope everyone else is doing well too! Hope Harry is feeling better and your little one too Carol.
Wishing you all a very Happy Weekend.

Diane, so pleased you're back on track and feeling great!
I chose to eat last night. I knew I'd be out for a meal tonight and didn't want to go straight from SSing to eating 3 course meal. Unfortunately though, last night coincided with first TOTM in 3 months and I didn't stick to the 790 rules! Had some pasta and chicken, coupke of oranges, glass of red wine and a bag of maltesers! See the maltesers as medication at this TOTM though, also keeps the family safe!
Going to our fave Indian this evening, but I know there is a healthy option there of yummy salmon tikka and salad (sorry SSers!)
And then back to being sensible for the next week. I'm going to adopt a steady sensible approach to losing this last bit of weight, about a stone to go but would settle for 10lb.
Carol, hope mimi's feeling ok today Harry seems fine, said his knee was too sore to go to football this morning but then promptly went out to play on his skateboard. Needless to say football is back on the agenda!
We're half way through getting two sets of french doors fitted at the moment so the house is somewhat chaotic. Gives me an excuse not to clean though Off to buy new curtains today, the short ones look silly on doors!
CBB; really peeved that Leo walked when he'd hve been evicted, think he's a vile, self-absorbed creep!
On that pleasant note, have a lovely weekend one and all,
Hi Jude - quick check-in - have tou tried half a pack of banana and half pack of toffee and walnut hot - really lovely - am going to have one with ice tomorrow. I am starting to get into a rhythm now - felt really empty this afternoon and very cold so had a long hot bath and the above-mtnioned shake and feel human again. Hope you and Rohan had a lovely and delicious nightout!

Diane, how was your weekend, did you keep up the good work?
I think you'll know from lack of post yesterday that I didn't! Less said the better, putting it all down to a particularly nasty TOTM and moving on rapidly...
Morning all (just), I will be joining all of you for the chrismas big belly boost off, I have put on 1/2 st since my last weigh-in before christmas .
I had all good intentions this morning to start SSing but alas the builders were here at 8am and turned my leccy off so could not make my shake , I was really looking forward to it so had to have a bar instead. Never mind, at least the water's still on so I can have that.
The builders are in my kitchen - I have no ceiling as I am having an extension - what a mess!!!
Keep on glugging peeps .

Sorry to contact you via here about my session but my mobile has died and I am at work and don't have your telephone number
Sorry cannot make it tonight - a colleague is off ill AGAIN and I have to take a parent session for her at one of our local high schools. Not going to finish here until 9pm
Will speak in the week to arrange another appointment! Need to talk about being sponsored too - very excited! Though have probably put LOTS and LOTS of weight on!!!
Stephen, hopefully see you this week, you're welcome to come any evening as I have no life this week! Probably best to avoid Wednesday though if you want to chat as I have about 12 clients coming then. Getting very busy so it's a good time to think about sponsorship! Don't worry about your Christmas excess, you'll soon shift it. It can go in the bin alongside mine. Except mine seems to have crept into a recycling bin and keeps coming back to me! You can practise your CDCing skills on me.
Doing the school run today as Rohan has taken Alex to the orthodontist. He's hoping to have his brace removed today after over to years wear.
Quick hello as I am at work - Excited about Stephen CDC'ing - just what you need now! Great that business is booming - we saw 18 people last night and maybe same again this evening - I am doing great - burning fat - woo hoo - full of energy and over 8 pounds lighter already. I love this diet.
I like the fact that I don't have a reason to diet - no deadlines - no pressure which is great!

Had intended getting back on board with SSing today, but decided I'm doing my metabolism more harm by doing a week on week off constantly. I need a clear run to finish what I started, preferably 3 or 4 weeks. It's Harry's birthday next week and we've planned a Chinese buffet lunch for Sunday, so figure I'd be best waiting until after then. I wish I had the will power to follow 790 or 1000 properly, it's the way forward for me with only a stone to lose but I'm too greedy and don't recognise that full-up feeling soon enough!
Got a pouding head today and swollen glands, hoping it's not the man flu attacking me! No clients tonight so I shall have a lovely bath and an early night.
Diane, so pleased you're doing so well, I'll have a lot of catching up to do!
Kam, hope you're feeling better.
Heather, ring me if you want to come and get weighed and get some more packs, missing you!
Hi Jude, won't be coming until next week -builders are in so I have took the week off work, stripping walls last night til 11pm, today I am clearing sons bedroom and dining room, putting stuff in the loft blah blah blah -could go on but I won't, only just have time to pick kids up from school. I am aching all over. I like you have events to go to (indian in town on Friday) so will get back on track Saturday . Have you changed Tuesday to Wednesday? What days do you do now? Take care all.

Jude, thanks feeling much better. Not that I've had time to be ill really! Running around after Ollie who is still very poorly seems to have made me feel better than if I'd given into it. Hope you found your head! Kam x
