Hi y'all - Jude thinking of you - why not have a real go of 790 for a weel or 2 then 1000 - that is the hardest but more sensible option for you I think. I am (believe it or not) on day 3 and have lost - ta-ra ta-ra - 5 and three quarters already - sorry not gloating - really - I just have more to lose - intend to be 10 stone something by next week. Then I can BE HAPPY!!!! 2 clients Monday and I was worrying - oh dear where are they all then 18 turned up on Tuesday!!!! What fun - the joint was jumping. XXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Hi all, Taking your advice as of tomorrow Jude and doing 1000 (probably a very loose version of it though! hehe!) I've decided that I need to get myself down another 7lbs or so rather than staying under the 9s as I'm hoping to lose more weight from my bigger areas (boobs, tum and knees!) It's annoying me that I'm buying size 10 in trousers but 16 in tops, I know I shouldn't complain and should be happy with my shape after losing so much (and I really really am), but I'd at least like to hope that it comes off those areas. Anyway, it's lovely to see you're so busy with all your new clients now! If it gets too much for you I'd be willing to step away as I've only really been getting weighed for the last few weeks haven't I? You'll still be my CDC of course and I know I'll be able to ask for your advice, I'm just thinking of what's easier for you

Hi everyone, Phew and blimey, that was a busy night! Eight new clients and a handful of regulars, just sat down now and feeling ready for bed. Carol, it's always lovely to see you, I think of you more as a friend than a client so please don't stop coming! You could come on any night you like though, so if you've rather pop in when it's less frantic just let me know. Back on board today and my halo is repolished. I've decided to avoid the bars for a few days to see if that makes a difference to my loss. Just going to SS to the weekend then it's 790 onwards and upwards. Diane, what a great start, I feel in awe of you and very proud Keep it up! Yesterday's experience was a fine illustration of how nothing tastes as good as slim feels; I felt bloated and sick and today I feel like I've lost a stone That's all folks, see you later! JudeX

Hiya Jude & Co, Tutt, tutt Jude! And there's you on y challenge too! I'm doing ok diet wise thatnks. As for me myself sem to be stauck in a rather dark and gloomy place and can't shake it. But as usual I'm just plodding along being ever realiable Kam Glad to see you and Diane are busy with all those clients! Re: Scouters dinner...hope its not bangers and beans! You never know what they'll serve up! I've got one next weekend...yawn! but it the offical changing of Discrict party/buffet. Partners are invited but Andy has declined!! Lucky him. I did say I probably wouldn't go but I suppose as I'm an offical warranted leader now I should go. Whose the Scouter then? Rohan? Anyway, have fun. Off to sulk some more. Kam xx

Hi Kam, Hope you can claw your way out of that dark gloomy place and come on over to the bright side! Rohan is the Scouter but not in an official capacity like yourself. He's just a volunteer at the moment but may be dragged on board soon if the leaders have their way. Apparently the local Indian restaurant are providing the food on Saturday, yummy but not exactly part of the 790 plan We get to take our own booze so that's ok. Have a good day tomorrow Kam, thinking of you. JudeX

Ahh thanks Jude! Been stuck here for quite a while. I do tend to take on everyones troubles, my own and the worlds then I get stuck! Trouble is I don't tend to open up either and when I do it all comes out. I just keep takingon boards other peoples problems yet never sort out my own. And I've let stuff thats happened resently get to me way too much as hard as I try I'm just feeling very hurt and let down by alot of people. Good for Rohan! and I know he's already got a job but get on his CV as well as his Army carrer. Oh that lovely beige shirt we have to wear!! OMG Indian my favourite! Can remeber the last one I had though but the though makes my mouth water! Kam x

Kam, We could all do with putting ourselves first sometimes, but it doesn't always come naturally. At least you've identified what gets you down, so time to take a step back from other peoples problems and think of yourself; you are the most important person in your life and don't forget it! You can still be kind and caring but be assertive too. Hugs, JudeX

Good morning, Well that's more like it! Finally my efforts are rewarded, 3lb off today Seems Diane's advice to avoid the bars and cut back on the water flavouring was sound advice indeed, thank you my dear friend! Feeling understandably happy today and ready to face the day with a smile. OT; anyone been watching CBB? Felt really sorry for Jade last night. It was a cruel exit for her mum, awful as she may be. Think Jade looks fab and has really matured. Although I believe there are rumours that her recent weight loss is down to liposuction and not a healthy eating plan and exercise as previously claimed. I'd like to believe it's a bit of both, but hey, what does it matter? Have a good day everyone, JudeX

Morning all - so pleased for you Jude - woo hoo - and I am in the pink for the first time in a long time and over 6 pounds gone in 3 days so I am very happy and relieved that I do still have the willpower to do this. Next time we meet up Jude we will be back to our goal weight although I have moved my goal post up to 9ish - under 9 and I look too thin - we'll see how it goes. Feeling much better about facing my clients now I am making progress!!!! Can't wait to fit into my 12's and dare I say 10's - have a goo day y'all. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Hi all you skinny minnies! Another successful day, still feeling good and happily in the pink. The Scout leaders meal has been cancelled for Saturday, but as we already have the luxury of a free babysitter (my lovely dad) thought we'd use the opportunity to go out anyway. At least I'll be in control of what I choose to eat Poor Harry has been distressed all evening, he says his knee is really hurting, apparently he banged it on a wall yesterday at a party. Bit worrying as he seems to be getting worse, he's had calpol but is still crying. Might be a trip to the GP tomorrow, hopefully not A&E. Got to trust myself to do 790 tomorrow, there lies the challenge! Good luck everyone for tomorrow, JudeX

Good morning, Well Harry seems fine today, says his knee is still hurting but he's galloping around the house being a horse as we speak. Rohan, on the other hand, has a severe case of man flu, so our night out hangs in the balance.... Why can't men blow their noses instead of doing that horrible deep snorting thing, yuk! Woke up today to a morning chorus of two of the boys having a belching contest and Rohan alternating between snoring, sniffing, snorting and farting...very loudly I want to live alone! Bye for now, JudeX
