Good morning, Thanks for the congrats Karen and Kam, shall pass them on... I did as you told me and didn't eat, can you see the glow from my halo? A tad dissappointed though as my loss has been very slow, just 3lb when usually it would've been about 7lb by now. Still, there was the demon lamb and I mustn't get greedy. And it's probably a blessing, if I'd have lost more I wold've been more likey to have eaten this weekend. Just done 15 minutes on the exercise bike whilst watching CBB live. Going to try to make it my new routine. Rohan's now busy pedalling away. Difference is he's all kitted out in his gym kit whereas I did it in my PJs! Going to burn a few more calories cleaning now then walk into the village if the rain stops. There may be a spring and a skip in my step this morning. I'd kind of got used to carrying the worry and financial brden of Rohan being out of work, and I'd got to the point where I couldn't imagine him ever working. Trouble is, possibly too much info here but hey, we're all friends....he' reckons I promised him a BJ when he got a job I said I need to see the pay packet first! On that smutty note, have a fab weekend, JudeX

Feeling very down in the dumps at the moent but OMG you do make me smile Jude! I don't think I'll be showing Andy this post or he'll want one too! Well done on the not eating...wish I could say the same. I'm fast getting back to my starting weight this time last year! I need the support of a forum so I will be online here more often now I can't get on MM's at all anymore. Enjoy your walk! I'm off to Ruislip Woods wioth my lot later rain or shine we need to get out and get some air! Felt very guilty when I read you'd been opn the exercise bike! As I go tone for Xmas and took it back thinking I'd never use it as I like my bike anyway but on a wet morning like this I'd rather be cycling indoors! Kam x

Hi again, Sorry you're feeling down Kam, we'll all do our best to cheer you up Having said that, I've crashed back down to earth a little myself today. Didn't get to the village for one reason and another. Rohan shouted at me for telling my friends about the job; it worries me that he's considering not taking it Anyway, I was going to go shopping for housey stuff this afternoon but the house is a pig sty. Plus, everyone else is going out and I figured it would be a rare treat to have the house to myself for a couple of hours, bliss! I'm feeling grumpy and deprived having just watched everyone eat at Fi's house, so I don't think I'm good company at the moment. I'm going to take another nurofen to calm the headache, get out the hoover and duster and play all my crap music very loudly as I clean. Sadly, my idea of heaven! May even do another 10 mins on the bike...maybe Bye for now, keep smiling, JudeX

Good morning, Excited this morning as I'm off to meet Diane in about 15 minutes! Struggled yesterday and I was a very grumpy Booby Fi and family came round and all ate and drank and were merry and I sat there with my choccie tetra and water feeling very sorry for myself. But I didn't cave in Got to go and round the rest of my family up. Catch you later. Have a peaceful day, JudeX

Good morning, Diane, glad you got home ok. It was so lovely seeing you all. Did you enjoy the party? Good luck getting back on track, you will do this, you've done it before and you know how great you felt. Hang on to that positivity Jax, I deffo think I need to wait to see the colour of his money... Wouldn't want to throw myself out of ketosis anyway! Well I started 790 last night, had a chicken salad, but sad to see a 1/2lb gain as a result, WTF! MUST NOT OBSESS ABOUT THE SCALES! Busy week of CDCing ahead, lots of new clients who will hopefully do better than me Having a self-planned CPD day at work, colleague and I are visiting some out of authority special provision, including Fi's school! So should be an interesting and laid back day. How was everyone's weekend? Looking forward to seeing my lovely clients tonight JudeX

Morning Jude & Posse, Glad you had a great time with Diane. I really must catch up with you next time I'm in Liverpool. Been there twice in the last 6 months! As for the scales leave them alone! Saying that I should take my own advice! As also jumped on and was 3lbs lower! for my day and a half of SSing. Was comtemplating going another route but a 3lb loss has changed my mind for now. I need to do a full week! and see what the result is. I'm already in ketosis according to the pee stick which is a mega shock! Must be all the water feeling rather like a fish. Had a good natter with my Mumover the last few days and a good cry as I've been really down in the dumps. DD off to nursery school this afternoon. Bless her she got up early and put her uniform on in readiness if only I could get the boys as eager! It seems very sad she wearing a uniform at only under 4! Although I had top buy her an age 6 dress! mainly for the height...I think she's going to be taller than me. DS num 1 is now 5ft 10! so I have to look up to him and he's only 14! Cheeky sod keeps tapping me on the head! Right water to drink, housework to be done. Have a good un all. Kam xx

Hi Jude and lovely lovely ladies! HAPPY NEW YEAR - I think! Have returned from Italy with lots of fantastic memories, some wonderful souvenirs and a tight waistband!!! Star Pupil is NO more - I ate ice cream daily, drank my own growing body weight in Amaretto and enough pasta to make a lifesize model of Michealangelo's David complete with matching statue of Goliath! Hoorah! And what happens in my absence??? I log back on to hear talk of BJs!!! Jude, you'll have to wait til you are on 1000 calories a day - there is too much protein otherwise - so I've been told Good news re: Rohan's job - has he decided if he's taking it or not yet? You have it the wrong way round - don't offer him gratification if he does take it - tell him you'll withdraw all nooky if he DOESN'T! Always works for me when I want something Hence the new Italian clothes I brought back with me Tight but beautiful! Back to normality now though - decided to do 1000 cals to get rid of the 9lbs I've managed to amass. I know I could lose it quickly if I did SS but hey, want to get used to eating AND staying in control. This means eating salad and chicken breast rather than diving into the tiramisu and panna forte that the OH brought back in the hand luggage! Hope you all have a great start to the year. My resolution is NOT to make any resolutions that I'm going to break anyway and therefore giving myself one less thing to feel guilty about!!! Had my banana bliss - going to hit the water cooler now - then catching up with all the exciting work emails! Speak to you all soon Stephen NOT Star Pupil sitting in the corner with a dunce's hat on!

Congrats on having a great holiday and enjoying your food Stephen - I am sure Jude will agree you are taking the sensible choice by continuing with 1000 - those 9 pounds will disappear very fast! Happy New Year. xxxx

Good morning, Phew, busy CD evening last night, didn't stop from getting in from work until 10pm. Panicking slightly about the number of new clients, worried that I won't have enough time to see them all But it's great to see how popular the diet is becoming, let's hope the world will soon be filled with slim, healthy, beautiful people Stephen, sorry you couldn't come this week, looking forward to seeing you in your tight trousers and conical hat next week Rohan is still anxiously awaiting his reward... Seems one chicken salad a day has apparently more calories than my body can take. Desperately need rewarding for my efforts over the last week and a bit and I'm longing to see a loss on those demon scales, grrr Off to a big meeting today with has lunch included, hope I can be strong! See you later, JudeX

Ahh Jude you must be strong now your on my challenge thread I'll be nagging you to stay on track and ghet that 10lbs off! Vice versa I could do with some serious nagging!
How the meeting goes well. I'm off to see CDC later! Not getting weighed though just getting my order to scared of what the scales will say! Will start being weighed again from next week when I'm completely back on track. The off physio very boring! But need to get my arm moving! Can't get it above my head since my last operation as the scar tissue has attached itself to the muscle...great! So physio and injections into the muscle once a week until April.
Have a great day all...and Syeve hope your abck on track!
Kam xx

Good morning, Yah boo and fat bottoms, fell off! A few butties at lunch and a generous helping of Rohan's yummy shepherds pie and half of my measly 4lb loss is back on. When will I learn? I felt so stuffed though, didn't enjoy the experience so let that be a leson and back on I climb Going out for a meal on Saturday, set menu and I don't know what's on offer. It's a Scout leaders and partners party, so hope it's not sausage and beans I need to have a clear run leading up to then. Kam, how's it going for you? You seem strong and determined this time, I'm sure you'll do it. Diane, how are you doing? Carol, see you later. Can't remember what time you usually come but I've got 3 new clients coming at 5:45 so probably best to avoid between then and 6:15 or you'll be bored to tears Be good everyone, better than me! JudeX
