Hello everyone well this is it my last ever restart I have done both LL and CD in the past and this time I'm on CD for the last time.I had to leave the diet earlier this year due to a back operation. I've changed CDC as my old one was useless and this is a fresh start. So I need you guys to help me along the way x

Hiya, I'm glad your op went well, if you remember my mum was having her back op at the same time more or less, and she is well on the way to recovery. She never did start with LL in the end, it must be 3 months since her op and she isn't showing any signs of wanting to give it a go, but has lost 2 stone with HE, so she's on the right path.
A good CDC/LLC makes or breaks the plan for us doesn't it? I'm glad you've found a goodun...it's not IceMoose is it?
Looking forward to seeing how you get on...I started LL nearly a year ago now...and the path to Christmas was very exciting for me, as I'm sure it will be for you too.

Hi Vikki I'm glad your mum's doing so well her weight loss is brilliant. I think I started at the same time as you the first time and look how well you have done. I'm on day 3 and all is well so far. I'm still waiting for Robbie Williams to sweep me off my feet but heh a girl can only wait so long. I did email Icemoose but he lived too far away which is a shame because he is such an inspiration. The new guy is lovely and I feel a lot more confident so here's to a slim xmas. I'm trying to go through some of the old posts I'm intrigued by your new diet. x
hHello Jazzy, Nice to meet you, I hope You will enjoy your journey and reach your goal.I have been on LL for a month and 3days and I love it apart from the fact that I have too much energy even when asleep .Don't hope You can do it but Believe You can do it and all will be fine. Good luck Maja
Hi Jazzy nice to see you back hun, wish you lots and lots of success with your new CDC, sounds like you have plenty of support there and you know there is always plenty for you here too. Keep us posted on your progress and its a slim and slinky xmas for you then. Karenxx

Hi Karen, It is so good to be back this is the longest I've gone without cheating. OH wasn't too keen on me restarting and rolled his eyes but I think he's now trying to be supportive. OH and the girls had a BBQ tonight which smelt fantastic but I resisted well. Hi Maja nice to meet you too. Is anyone into Xfactor?
Jazzy i have been away for the last couple of weekends so havent seen any of the x factor yet, gonna watch it tonight tho, i usually watch all of it, bet i have missed some right laughs!! Karenxx

Simon is obviously thinking about Christmas as well , as we all are here His comments are the best part of Xfactor, You need to have patience to listen to some of them ,do you remember that gay last year who started singing in Spring and finished in Winter? Sad how people cannot take being critisized
I LOVE Xfactor Jazzy, I've just watched the extra Factor with my daughter this afternoon, she has a fine ear for a good voice even at 7 years old! You do wonder what planet some of these poeple are on, there are so many deluded individuals out there...it's a bit scary!!!!

Jazzy, there's a bit of a blast from the past, I was dead fat when I last spoke to you, now I'm only quite fat!! So where EXACTLY will I find this nice male CDC?? Going to give it one last go when I come back off holiday and might need a little extra incentive Any you'll have lost about a stone by then as well.
Can't hang around tonight girls, the ball keeps falling out of my mouse and all the lights have blown in my office.
