Hi all, I reckon I need to be sectioned!! Ive started back on CD, day 2 today and ive still stuck to it. As you can see from my ticker my weight is going up and up and up and im only 3lb away from my start weight of 2006. It aint going up no more so time for drastic measures. Ive still got some packs left but I will be contacting my CDC today to make an appt for the end of the week. The weight on my ticker was the weight I started at yesterday morning.... I had lost 4lb already this morning so its on its way down. Im doing 2 packs and an evening meal. Im probably doing everyone's head in on here with my keep chopping and changing diets. Its so hard though, I lost 8st doing CD in 6 months and stupidly allowed myself to gain it. I cant be trusted with food, not at the moment anyway so its best i dont have it, well apart from the small meal im having on an evening. I will be on tomorrow to let you know that I have behaved myself tonight and it will then be the start of day 3. One day at a time. Take Care, Karen x

Hi, thanks Karen and Julie x DAY 3 today and im 6lb down so far. Im still being good and ive made an appointment to see my CDC for Friday to get some more packs. Ive got a weekend away next week but Im sticking with the diet whilst im away (or planning to) probably picked the wrong time of the year to be starting this really as I know it is going to take me 6 months to get this back off and that is going to take me over christmas but I will be as good as I can be over the difficults times anyway. 1 day at a time like you said. Hey Karen , you could never do our heads in as you say.. we are glad to see you back.. if it's any consolation i am right back to where i started as well.. i have been struggling to stay on CD this time.....i didn't lose any weight at all this week just stayed the same but think i wasn't entirely 100% and also not drinking enough water.... sticking with it though and if i don't lose any this week then i will be trying SW.. never done that before so hoping a change might be what i need.... anyway, glad you#re alright and good to see those pounds shifting in the right direction... claire xxx

Good to hear from you Claire, you can do this, nothing against SW but its just not quick enough lol Karen, im doing good.Day 4 over nearly now and im 8lb down this morning. Im seeing my CDC tomorrow morning and will then update my ticker. Its looking good!! Take Care, Karen x

Hi ya, Sorry never got on here over the weekend was a bit busy. I saw my CDC on Friday and her scales are exactly the same as mine which is good. I had lost 9lb in my first week so I was very pleased. Had a few slip ups over the weekend but straight back to it this morning. Take Care, Karen x
