Morning BikerBabe, I remember that feeling of feeling weak and starving! And I know I will be suffering that by the weekend-that's why I decided my Day 1 was going to be today, hopefully will have the 'luxury' of being at home when I will feel like cr@p!!
I am 20st exactly and that was such a wake-up call. How fantastic you getting down to a size 12 previously,I am sure you are on your way again-you have done amazingly well .
It's helped me reading your posts-it all seems a tad impossible for me , getting away from this 20 stone mark but, then having read your success, I know it is possible. Hope you are feeling a bit better today.

Its horrible feeling like this isn't it but its all for a good cause... our slimness!!!
Keep it up!
Delicious- Jax, Ive been at home all week as my DH as been away so i had to have the week off work so i would be here when DD got home from school. It all worked out well really seeing as I was home, DH wasn't here for me to get annoyed with and Ive had loads of housework to keep me busy.
Its not impossible for you to get away from the 20st, honesty if you'd have know me before I found CD you would have thought I would always be fat. I couldn't keep to a diet I was up and down like a yo yo. Finding CD really changed my life, it made me see i could make a difference to how I looked & felt and believe me when I got into those size 12's from a 26 I felt fantastic. I am so determined to get back to that feeling again I will do this. I might have to go to bed at 8pm everynight but by Novemember I will be 11st.
So when did you start and how much you lost and what do you want to be?
You can do this!
Take Care, Karen

Day 2 for me and a bit hungry today-had to sit opposite group of people all eating fish and chips at lunch time today. It hurt soooooo much! Lol. Feeling a bit weak at moment, so going to have a lie down for a while.
Keep up the good work

Wow Karen thats great! I'm on day 2 & your 10lb weight loss was just the motivation I was looking to find on here to help me through! Thats a 7th of the weight gone already... you'll be back in size 12s in no time!

It does spur me on but dont stop me feeling hungry Why did i ever put this weight back on? Thats what I keep asking myself. I know everyone keeps telling me why but it still doesn't make sense in my mind.
How long you away for? If its a week then hopefully i would have lost at least a stone by the time your back. If its 2 weeks then I hope it will be at least 18lb.
Hope you have a fab holiday if i dont speak to you before.
K9 - Stick with it its so worth it. I lost 8st doing CD last year... its brilliant! Good luck and keep us posted as to how your doing.

I could do with 10 days away! We are going to a campsite near Bude at end of Aug... shame I still wont be eating! I wasn't eating at my last summer holiday either and can you remember I ended up in hospital having to have an enima. Oh its funny thinking about it now but it wasn't at the time. CD really makes me constipated, I will have to watch out for this this time. Anyway at least with not eating on holiday it means i wont be having any holiday weight to get rid off when i get back though I suppose.
You will be fine and im sure you wont be gaining much. You've been maintaining really well. Im sure you wont go way over the top and gain loads. But if you do I will be here to support you getting it back off But I know you wont gain that much.
Take Care, Karen

Hi Karen, FANTASTIC result! You are living proof to all of us that moan 'boo hoo you cant do it again, its impossible, its too hard, we're too hungry'. Bull, we just cant get our act together. So glad you have. Who knows, maybe I will do too soon....but I cant do it again, its too hard, I'm too hungry.....
I CAN and I WILL (only maybe not just right now!)
Well done you
